At PawPaws Box, each crystal is a one-of-a-kind natural piece. The item shown in the photos and videos is the exact piece you will receive.
Please read the product description, size, weight, photos, and videos carefully before placing your order.
Returns
Because each crystal is unique and individually photographed, we currently do not accept returns for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Personal preference

Slight color differences due to screen display

Natural inclusions, surface marks, internal lines, or mineral traces

Size misunderstanding when the size was listed in the product description
Natural Crystal Notice
Natural crystals may include internal lines, mineral inclusions, surface texture, small pits, color zoning, or irregular shapes.
These are natural characteristics, not defects.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

We will review the case and may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution depending on the situation.
Incorrect Item
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
