At PawPaws Box, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- You must contact us before sending anything back

Non-Returnable Situations
Because we sell natural raw crystals, each piece may vary in shape, texture, clarity, inclusions, and surface details. These natural variations are expected and are not considered defects.

We do not accept returns for:
- Natural variation in color, shape, texture, or inclusions
- Change of mind after delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email zhangtaoyiwan@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
